Sound Healing Meditation

Community Sound bath and live meditation music. Deeply relax and restore while listening to ancient healing instruments including drums, chimes, Tibetan sing bowls, and kotamo. Sound helps us relax into a deep restorative state where healing naturally arises. It has been found to effect brain wave patterns allowing us to reduce stress, sleep better, find balance, release energetic blockages.

Kirtan with Kripa

Kirtan is the sacred practice of call and response chanting of the Holy Names, ancient Sanskrit words for the Divine that point us to the unfathomable depths of Love within. Kripa comes from love of Ram Dass, Neem Karoli Babe, and Hanuman.

A restorative class focused on diaphragmatic breathing infused into purposeful and safe holding poses. Participants will have an hour of healing yoga leaving them profoundly relaxed and prepared for excellent sleep. This class is for all levels and ages as it uses biomechanics and understanding of energy flow to guide the bodies movement without any improper or overuse of any body part. Necks and low backs are especially protected. Emphasis will be placed on being present in the body in the pose and enhanced by breath. There is nothing to fix just parts of yourself to discover and love.
